
Steven Path (42) lives in the United States and is the founder and CEO of Angkor One. He is the visionary force driving product development and business strategy for the company. Steven left Cambodia in 1975 at the age of seven as a refugee to settle in the US. Steven is a natural entrepreneur who started his first internationally-acclaimed software company at the tender age of 14 – just seven years after regaining his freedom. Drawing on 26 years of technology innovations and entrepreneurial experience in the US, Steven has returned to his homeland as one of the first Social Entrepreneurs -- building a leading international website company and enabling it to fund and promote social outreach programs in Cambodia. He has mobilized a world-class team of highly motivated and patriotic Cambodians to share his vision. Steven was hand-picked to join the initial senior management staff of a technology startup. During the first US Internet boom led by Yahoo and Amazon.com, he reaped big rewards when the firm went public with a market valuation of $1 billion on its first day of trading. On the heels of this success, Steven co-founded EmergingSoft, a consulting firm catering to high-end clients seeking cutting edge technology solutions. In 2003 he sold his share of the company to launch the next generation of online investment communities. Steven has also provided IT leadership to Fortune 100 companies, including UnitedHealth Group and Wells Fargo.

Somongkol Chim (29) lives in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and serves as the Information Technology Manager at Angkor One. He leads a talented IT staff of Cambodians to passionately build innovative and game-changing websites and commercial software. Somongkol brings over seven years of systems development and technical leadership experience. He most recently worked at BRC Technology, Cambodia’s largest IT employer, as their top IT talent and reported directly to the CEO. For over 3 years, he led a young IT staff that grew from 3 to 20 professionals in building some of the largest website and software projects in Cambodia. He was also their systems and data architect on all projects, including a US-based project where he collaborated with his IT counterparts in the US for nearly a year. Previously, he worked at BN Consult as their IT Team Leader where he led the development of all IT projects in the company and was accountable to the CEO. Somongkol holds both a Master’s degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Royal University of Phnom Penh.

Ieng Sithul (50) lives in Phnom Penh, Cambodia where he promotes Angkor One both at home and as he performs abroad. Mr. Sithul has over 28 years of experience in the arts and serves as an advisor to the “Arts & Entertainment” content of AngkorOne.com. He is considered a national treasure, recognized worldwide as the premiere Cambodian classical musician, folk singer, and instrumentalist. He hails from a musical family, singing professionally as a child before the Khmer Rouge years. Mr. Sithul is an international recording artist, performing on radio and television as well as an award-winning playwright and actor. Audiences across Asia, Europe, Australia and the Americas have been captivated by his performances. As a high-profile supporter of classical Khmer art, Mr. Sithul works with Cambodian Living Arts as a Master and Professor training Cambodian orphans to perform both on the local and international stage. He serves as the twice elected President of the Cambodian Art Association that boasts a membership of over 260 of Cambodia’s most famous artists, celebrities, movie stars and pop singers. Ieng Sithol is a graduate from the Royal University of Fine Arts.

Suykry Path (67) lives in the United States and is the Cambodia Relations Director at Angkor One, where he helps establish and strengthen relationships with Cambodian government officials and other entities to streamline and promote business operations. Mr. Path has over 33 years of service to Cambodian communities both in Cambodia and the United States. He has mobilized a valuable worldwide network of prominent Cambodians and influential media contacts in the homeland, France, Australia, Switzerland, the UK and the US. These relationships will assure maximum exposure and adoption of our products. In Cambodia, Mr. Path has worked in the forestry national service for over 10 years, including 3 years as the Forestry Division Chief in Pailin city. In the US, he has over 30 years of Information Technology experience, working for large organizations such as Cap Gemini (Unisys), HEAF/HEMAR and US Postal Service. Mr. Path graduated with honors from National School of Forestry, Agriculture and Veterinary with a BA in Forestry, Fishing and Hunting.
